Refund Policy

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once your order is placed with Flawed&Fabulous, you agree and understand that it is a custom product that will immediately go into production, leaving no window to make further changes. An order can be cancelled at no charge within the first 3 hours of placing your order.

After 3 hours, there is a $9 cancellation fee per item.

Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address, please send us an email at EMAILHERE@EMAILHERE with your order number, the current shipping address, and the address that you would like to change it to. We can change the address up until your order leaves our facility!

Damaged & Misprinted Items

If the product arrives defective or different from what you ordered, we will reprint and resend it at no charge. Please contact us by email at EMAILHERE@EMAILHERE, or fill out the form on our website with a picture of your item and order number. We will reprint your item and ship it to you within seven business days.

Please note: We do not accept returns. Do not mail back your order to us.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your product, we are happy to offer a reprint at no charge on a case-by-case basis. Please fill out our contact form or email us including a picture of your item explaining the issue and your order number, and a member of our team will be able to assist you.

Damaged or misprinted items can only be replaced within 3 months from your original order date. After this 3-month period, Flawed&Fabulous is not responsible for replacing any damaged or misprinted items.

Please note that whatever size, color, and image you upload will be printed on your item. If the incorrect size, color, or image is selected and sent out to you, Flawed&Fabulous is not responsible for replacing these items.

Lost Packages

As we are the shipping provider, we ensure that your order is delivered to the address provided. If the home shown in the delivery update is correct but the item is reported as missing, we are not liable and you will need to contact local authorities.

Full Refunds

Full refunds are only available for orders cancelled before the item goes into production. After production starts, you will only be eligible for an exchange for another one of the same product remade or a gift card for the full amount, provided the item is different from what was ordered or damaged upon receipt.
